I'm Giovani Herrera, and Ensotography is my studio. This page says what happens to the information you give me on this site.
What I collect
The only place this site asks you for anything is the inquiry form. You choose what to fill in: your name, email, phone, business name, website and social handles, which services you're asking about, what the project is, your timeline, your budget range, and how you heard about me.
What I do with it
I read every inquiry and reply to you myself from giovani@ensotography.com. I use what you send to understand your project and answer you. I don't sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.
When you submit the form you get one confirmation email from me. If you tick the box on the form, I may also send you occasional notes about brand films, content and marketing systems. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link, and replying "stop" works too. If you leave the box unticked, you only ever hear from me about your inquiry.
Where it's stored
The form is processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this site. Submissions sit in my Netlify dashboard and in my email. Confirmation emails are delivered through Resend, which keeps delivery logs. Netlify's and Resend's own privacy policies apply to their handling of that data.
Cookies and tracking
This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, and sets no tracking cookies. The video and photos are served from Bunny CDN, and a few code libraries load from Cloudflare's and jsDelivr's CDNs. Like any web server, those services can see your IP address when your browser requests a file.
Deleting your information
Email giovani@ensotography.com and I'll delete your inquiry from Netlify and from my inbox.
